Digital and eCRM Associate Director – Hospitality & Entertainment – $80k Per Month

A leading Hospitality group are currently looking to hire for an Associate Digital and CRM Director to help champion their digital expansion and drive membership acquisition.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for and drive membership acquisition
• Set Digital objectives, long term and short-term goals etc.
• Manage all Digital Marketing – ECRM, PPC, SEO, Programmatic, EDM etc.
• Agency management
• Project manage where necessary
• Team Management
• Develop CRM and work with customer engagement teams

Your Profile:

• 9 or more years’ experience working in digital / CRM marketing
• Prior experience working in a senior / AD role for renowned brands
• Strong project management skills
• Luxury / Hospitality / Retail / Travel backgrounds are a plus
• Solid understanding across all elements of Digital Marketing and able to run execution
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
• Stable career history (3 years plus in roles)
• Able to travel regularly

This role is based in Macao. Hong Kong applicants will be able to work from a local HK office a couple of times a week but should expect to go to Macao at least three times a week.
