Responsibilities:

• To provide greeting and customer service to guests
• To carry out daily operations of serviced apartment to deliver premier services to guests
• To handle complaints, enquiries, check in / check out, emergency cases from guests
• To perform daily administration, data entry works and reports
• To carry out patrols and security duties when necessary
• Support ad hoc project or assignments work as required

Requirements:

• Secondary educational level or above
• At least 2 years working experience in Hotel or Serviced Apartments industry
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
• Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
