Responsibilities:

• Execute the food & beverage related business strategies including brand management, branch operations, marketing and purchasing
• Plan, drive and implement strategies to meet sales target and increase the business profits
• Analyse and plan restaurant sales and profitability
• Prepare monthly reports, including manpower control report, food control an nm d sales report
• Ensure and keep the services, food and beverage in a high standard and quality
• Hiring, training, coaching & monitoring the frontline staff as well as maintaining a highly motivated team
• Handle ad hoc project and task as assigned by the Management

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of operation experience in food & beverage industry preferably in Chinese & Japanese restaurant catering
• Management experience in group of catering outlets is an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua.
• Japanese speaker is an advantage
