Madame Fu, situated on the Third Floor of the former Barracks Block, The Central Police Station, Hollywood Road, brings back the experience and ambiance of a bygone era set in our beautifully restored colonial building.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic applicant for the following position:

Server / Captain / Supervisor

• Greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and dealing with customer requests
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great team player
• Good command of English and Cantonese is an advantage

Food Runner

• Transfer the food and beverage orders from the kitchen to customers
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant
• Maintain the table presentation according to the Company standards
• Good command of Cantonese
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Bar tender

• Prepare high standard drinks to guests, including coffee, tea, cocktails and wine
• Keep bar area neat and tidy and ensure the compliance of the safety and sanitation requirement
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Knowledge of wine is a definite advantage
• Passion in serving customers with beverage and wine
• Pleasant disposition with positive attitude
• Good command of English and Cantonese is an advantage
