Due to expansion, we are looking for a talented Restaurant General Manager to join our growing brand, Pici.

As a Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible for leading your team to ensure they assist in providing the best possible experience to our guests.

This could be right for you if you possess:

• A minimum of 5 years’ F&B Management experience, preferably in high volume, casual dining restaurants
• Solid capability with financials, including P&L management, stocktaking, forecasting
• Natural leadership capability, with a proven track record in recruiting, training and developing diverse teams
• International F&B management experience
• Sound knowledge of developing innovative food and beverage menus
• Deep understanding of how to drive strategy in your venue, including marketing and events planning
