Responsibilities:

Plan, administrate and supervise catering operations and services for events:

Pre-event co-ordination: site visit, supervise preparation of equipment supplies; arrange wait staff; manage equipment / beverage stock; arrange logistics

At the event: lead wait staff team for event set-up and service; cater to client’s requirements on site

Post-event: arrange return of equipment and furniture

Daily supervision of Catering Assistant and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

到會前之統籌– 場地視察; 監督餐具及到會用品之準備工作; 安排侍應人手; 管理用具及飲品庫存; 安排送貨日程

到會期間– 領導侍應團隊作會場設置及提供服務; 照顧客戶需求

到會後之工作 - 安排回收餐具用品及傢俱

日常監督及指導到會助理; 及其他指定任務

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years F&B / Hotel / Hospitality / Banquet experience

Experience in corporate & event catering operations

Experience in supervision and leading team of wait staff

Good command of spoken English

Passionate for quality service, attention to details, good organization & communication skills, good team player

Candidate with less experience will be considered a junior position
