Job Description

Requirement:

  • Fluent in Cantonese
  • Acquire basic knowledge in English. 
  • Initiative and team spirit with excellent guest service, communication and management skill.
  • Candidates should have strong knowledge in F&B operational workflow and culinary operation.
  • 1 year of culinary experience will be preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety, hygiene, sanitation, breakage control, preventive maintenance, grooming, service and other standards.
  • Ensure the food and quality of service meets Wolfgang's Steakhouse standard.
