Your tasks:

• Monitor daily operation to maximize operation efficiency and sales performance by reviewing sales strategy continuously
• Develop business strategy, policies and procedures to achieve sales target and company goals
• Formulate restaurants policies and regulations to ensure smoothness of operations and meet company and brand’s service requirements
• Manage and liaise with exhibits, contractors and relevant authorities to open new restaurants in Hong Kong International Airport
• Analyse sales data, customer insights and conduct P&L performance analysis and troubleshoot potential issues
• Coordinate with the team in the matters of menu set-up, promotion strategy, production quality, risk control, factory management and inventory control
• Generate reports, analysis and recommendation and presentation to senior management regularly

We prefer:

• Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
• 8-10 years related working experience in sizable company with hands-on restaurant experience
• Passionate in western cuisine and fine dining
• Knowledge in wine is a plus
• Strong in leadership, problem solving and communication
• Excellent in interpersonal and negotiation skills with different parties
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Operation Manager
