Job Description
Successful candidate will take a leadership role in driving the marketing plan both in Hong Kong and the Mainland China, achieving results through managing business segments. He/she will be sensitive to the market situation, developing new business strategies to deliver required profit.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in 5-star hotel with minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Sales & Marketing Department of hotel industry
- Excellent network with corporate customers
- Result oriented, self-motivated and creative
- Good selling and negotiation skills with sound and proven record of business contacts
- Willing to frequent travel
- Strong analytical skills with good business sense
- A team player with strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
