Responsibility:

• Handle all incoming call inquiries and ad hoc request from customer 
• Listening story from Global customer 
• Effectively manage a customer interaction, identify needs and offer a solution

Requirements:

• 1 year + working experience in customer service industry is a MUST
• Customer or member service orientated with good interpersonal and listening skills
• Knowledge of Tourism, products and services an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
