Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for concessions of all cinemas in Hong Kong
- Responsible for recipe development and menu design
- Manage and monitor stock replenishment and allocations, including placing orders and liaising with suppliers
- Formulate sales and promotion strategies to achieve sales targets
- Formulate operational procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth operation
- Manage all F&B staff and provide training on food quality, service and workflows
- Monitor and review staff performance to improve productivity and quality
- Review sales reports and make suggestions to management
- Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene requirements in all cinemas
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry
- Interested in cinema industry
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Pleasant, highly organized and innovative
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent people management skills
