You are expected to:-

• Assist in the daily operations of room68 Art Pub, art shop, co-working areas and provide customer service and administrative support;

• Manage artwork inventory and handle logistics of artworks involved in exhibitions and art happenings;

• Promote and drive growth of our brand concept and its related services;

• Coordinate with external vendors in exhibition, workshop and event;

• Ability to work hand in hand with other staff;

• Create partnerships and the network with artists and potential tenants to add values for the community.

You are nice to have:-

• Diploma / Degree Holder in art, design, or related disciplines;

• Previous customer service and gallery experience will be an advantage;

• Self-motivated, caring, detail-oriented and able to work in fast paced environment under pressure;

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Passionate in any aspects related to arts will be an advantage;

• Computer efficiency (i.e. MS Office Suite);

• Knowledge in using Adobe CS Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) will be an advantage;

• Entry-level candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply;
