Company Description
Our client is an international cruise line with sales office in Hong Kong, in view of the expansion, they are now invited potential candidate to join as Customer Services Representative (In-bound call centre hotline).
Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Sales, you would be responsible to manage the hotline to answer enquiry (both customer and travel agent).
Requirements
- Higher Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years working experience, passionate to outbound travel product
- Previous working experience with outbound travel agent / in-bound call centre would be a plus
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- 5 days work week (Mon-Fri), downtown location
- This is a contract role (April - December 2019)
