To qualify for an interview, you must be:

• A newly-qualified TEFL teacher, with at least some experience in the classroom.
• Deeply interested in pursuing Jolly Phonics Teaching (helping children read, using synthetic phonics!)
• Able to produce neutral or native English (Australian, Canadian, American, British) accent in speaking.
• Open to learning the right way of teaching synthetic phonics!
• Have very good grammar.
• Willing to learn, and take initiative in your own work.
• Playful and likes working with kids aged 2 to 7.
• Punctual, responsible and dependable.

• Your role may also include holding assessments, progress reviews, parent communication and curriculum-related tasks in non-teaching hours.

Our offer (7k to 8k for 18.75 hours per week each month) depends on experience, qualifications and performance during probation. We actually prefer new TEFL graduates seeking to specialize in teaching phonics. You must also be initiative, professional and passionate about teaching children how to read.
