Job Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef to lead, manage and motivate the kitchen team on a day-to-day basis.
• Establish and maintain high standard of all food preparation and hygiene in the kitchen
• Ensure consistency in the food quality, taste and presentation
• Plan and develop new menus and dishes
• To be in charge of Chinese Kitchens while Executive Chef is on leave

Job Requirements

• Minimum 12 years' relevant working experience with at least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity in the Catering/Hospitality field
• Hygiene Manager certification is required
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
