Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Executive Chef to lead, manage and motivate the kitchen team on a day-to-day basis.
- Establish and maintain high standard of all food preparation and hygiene in the kitchen
- Ensure consistency in the food quality, taste and presentation
- Plan and develop new menus and dishes
- To be in charge of Chinese Kitchens while Executive Chef is on leave
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 years' relevant working experience with at least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity in the Catering/Hospitality field
- Hygiene Manager certification is required
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
