Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing and procurement of food & non-food items for the Academy
- Process purchase orders, monitor performances of suppliers and products
- Liaise with user departments and suppliers to ascertain product specifications meet with users' requirements
- Maintain and update procurement records and data in the system
- Identify and evaluate cost saving opportunities
- Any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing, procurement or merchandise supply, preferably in hospitality or catering industry
- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadline
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Material Control System and PC operation
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
