Citrix Engineer

Your Role

• Responsible for the configuration, implementation and operations of IT systems and their components in Citrix VDI environment
• Responsible for the technical support, administration and infrastructure management, application management, performance and capacity management, etc. in Citrix environment
• Analyse new requirements and verify the technical feasibility within the existing environment; define, review and enhance the processes for Citrix operations and handover the tested environment to operation team
• Support business projects in early stage to ensure consistent design and implementation within the existing infrastructure
• Responsible for the disaster recovery and failover facilities for Citrix VDI environment
• Support the Operations Services in problem resolution, change management, incident coordination, business continuity management, etc. for all Information Services
• Provide 3rd level support of Client Services, be the customer interface for incident and problem management
• Provide support to software licensing, development of training materials and delivery of training

Your Skills and Experience 

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in VDI environment, information security applications and infrastructure
• Sound knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016 and Citrix XenApp and XenDestop 7.x, Microsoft Active Directory
• Good knowledge of networking infrastructure, including LAN and WAN
• Experience in HTML Fundamentals, Power Scripts
• Familiar with diverse range of infrastructure environment, disaster recovery and business continuity management
• Regional exposure is preferable
