Job Description:
- Responsible for server setup and maintenance, application implementation and configuration
- Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructures
- Perform system administrative role in data center facilities, servers, firewall, VMware, email, etc
- Responsible for software change, update, upgrade and delivery, etc.
- Responsible for maintenance works include daily backup, housekeeping tasks, connection issues and network failures.
- Manage infrastructure change request (new installation, expansion, replacement)
- Document technical and infrastructure components for applications
- Maintain and update software licenses and technical hardware inventory records
- Troubleshooting IT issues and working on ad-hoc projects
- Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information System or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years working experience in IT management, modeling, and process models, less experience or fresh graduate candidate could be considered as System Engineer
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
- Good team player and able to work under pressure
