Well-capitalized financial services company seeks an extremely accountable IT Officer/IT Manager to help improve operational efficiency. You must have a creative, strong organization and meticulous people skill, to deal with a tight deadline. 

• Provide technical support, hardware and software systems setup, server and networking administration(include: security and future trading system)
• Contently improve group’s website and management via a third party building engine
• Provide telephone and onsite help desk services to in-house end-users and trouble-shoot problems on hardware and software systems
• Install & setup of POS, email accounts and to provide PC maintenance
• Able to build creative marketing slides vis PowerPoint

Requirements

• 2 years or less experience with curious to learn mind-set is also welcome
• Proficient in O365, AD/ Exchange Server, VMware, SolarWinds, Avaya
• Pleasant, polite, well-organized and self-motivated
• Expect open-minded, result-driven, and strategic thinking co-workers
• Must be willing to acts like an owner, diagnosing to the root cause and keep learning
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Putonghua

*Candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Officer
