Our client is a well-known finical institution. The company not only operates in commercial banks, but also private bank retail bank, and insurance. They are looking for a Technical Lead (Application Development) with solid experience on mission critical systems development experience and stakeholder management to join a major system development project in order to support the company strategies. The candidate will be responsible for the design and the development of the banking transaction systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and interpret statistical and system information and results of operations to senior management.
• To perform software design, system development, development testing and deployment of betting system application
• To support Development Manager in solution delivery and implementation
• To lead software engineers to deliver high quality software according to time schedule
• Facilitate user requirement gathering between business users and IT for banking IT projects
• Review System Requirement Specification to ensure all user requirements are properly and accurately documented
• To participate in feasibility, proof-of-concept evaluation and implementation of novel business solution leveraging business-enabling technology

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT or related discipline
• A minimum of 6 years' information systems analysis, design, software development and support experience in financial industry is preferred
• 4 years hands-on development experience of large scale transaction systems on Java, J2EE, PL SQL
• Proficient in software development life cycles, requirement study, design walk through and release control process
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a must
• Candidate with less experience will consider as Analyst programmer
• Immediately Available is highly preferred
