Your Mission:

• Providing effective and quality IT professional service to clients
• Delivery Systems and network Security infrastructure projects and maintenance support service
• Work with pre-sales consultant for proposal preparation
• Ensure good communication between the technical team, sales and customers
• Take a leadership role to provide the project implementation and maintenance support service to the customer under SLA

Your Profile:

• Diploma holder or above in IT or Computer related discipline
• At least 6 years of working experience in IT industry
• Solid experience on Network Switch, Router, Load Balancer and LAN/WAN architecture
• With experience to support Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewall or other network security products will be an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
