Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily IT infrastructure deployment and maintenance
• Perform technical hands-on integration of various products as required
• Responsible for support, setup and network documentation for any work done as work assignment
• Responsible on daily managment: Customer visit,reporting, registration and on shift duty as required.
• Monitor equipment function and health check to ensure performance stability
• Perform trouble shooting, monitor network performance and connectivity issues

Skills and Requirement:

• At least 1- 3 year working experience in end user support and network administration experience is desired (Appropriated training will be provided for applicant with less experience)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Appropriate certification is definite advantage

主要崗位職責:

1. 負責按照工單要求進行IDC機房現場機架綜合佈線、設備上/下架、標籤列印粘貼工作；
2. 負責按照工單要求進行IDC機房現場伺服器系統安裝、調試；
3. 負責按照工單要求進行跨IDC機房機架搬遷；
4. 負責機房管理，完成機房巡視、報表登記並做好輪值班、交接班工作；
5. 負責機房網路監控工作，配合客服、客戶進行故障處理操作；
6. 負責日常IT基礎設施部署與維護；

 任職資格要求（包括但不限於以下選項）：

1. 專業知識：電腦、通信網絡工程
2. 專業技能：瞭解伺服器、網路設備品牌及產品，有網路類、操作系統類，相關證書者優先考慮；扎實的電腦硬體、網路知識；熟練的綜合佈線技能；熟悉windows/Linux等主流操作系統的安裝、基礎配置及故障排查，熟悉IDC機房或有IT運維工作經驗者優先考慮；
3. 工作經驗：無經驗要求，具備機房現場維護經驗優先考慮。
