Test Automation Engineer – Hong Kong

Opus have partnered with with one of Hong Kong's leading FinTech companies. They have been established for 10 years now and have experienced consistent growth in both revenue and head count. Now expanding in to new markets they are looking to expand their testing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate, highly motivated, international team. You will have the opportunity to provide your own creative input and will be mentored by senior executives from major Investment Banks to help expand both your IT and financial knowledge.

Role Responsibilities:

-Analysis of what tests cause the biggest impact 
-Analysis on what tests to automate and what to run manually
-Technical analysis on the types of tests to perform (i.e. functional, security, performance,
compliance and so on)
-Business and technical analysis on what tools to employ
-Implementing and maintaining and executing tests and test plans
-Business and technical analysis on the required level of regression test automation 

Required Experience:

-5+ years of hands-on automated testing experience
-Knowledge of programming languages: Java J2EE, HTML5, JavaScript (basic), 

-Selenium, JUnit, Jenkins CI, Test automation, REST API Testing

-Helpful: JSON, Webservices, financial knowledge, JIRA, Zephyr
-Fluent spoken and written English.
-Ability to learn new systems and applications.
