Job Description
香港九龍九龍灣宏光道9號
崗位職責：
在客戶的IDC機房駐場工作，處理服務器的搭建交付，維護硬體處理故障，負責日常系統維護，監控運營狀態，提供IT軟硬體的服務和支持。
任職要求：
1、有電腦/IT相關學習或培訓經歷，瞭解Linux或服務器硬體知識；
2、有較强的工作責任心、具備良好的團隊合作精神，能承受工作壓力；
3、能聽懂和說簡單的普通話；
4、此崗位要求儘快到崗。
- On-site operations and maintenance
- Troubleshoot, report and take escalation steps if necessary for IT system issues in the data center.
- On-site personnel and item safety control
- Infrastructure and asset management
- On-site maintenance of Data Center (movement of equipment, cable management, equipment labelling, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Routine inspection of the facility (UPS, Aircon, Fire-protection, electricity, etc.)
- Generate monthly Service report
- And other basic data centre operations and maintenance
- IT knowledge: Basic computing and IT knowledge
- Familiar with Linux server hardware is highly recommended
- Able to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Possess the following qualities; responsible, meticulous and able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Able to start work immediately
