Job Responsibilities: 

• Design, create, automate and analyse daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards and reports for campaigns
• Define and document measurement specifications and implementation requirements for web, mobile, app, social media and other emerging platforms
• Test and validate data availability and accessibility
• Provide standard and strategic analytics training and support to editorial colleagues as required
• Analyse in-depth site trends and benchmarks comparatively to industry verticals and similar site initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines with minimum 2 years’ experience in execution and implementation on third party analytics tools
• Possesses advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, compound functions) and with in-depth and expert knowledge of Google Analytics
• Familiar with comparative and competitive analysis tools plus excellent reporting and analytical skills
• Experience of using mobile app specific analytics suits, running analytics driven A/B or multivariable tests, and with knowledge of  mobile app-specific analytics suits and data-visualisation tools such as tableau would be beneficial
• Understanding of social media analytics tools and tactics, including social media monitoring tools strongly desired
• Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation promote enthusiasm and motivate relationship building.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills: written, verbal, and presentation in English
