Responsibilities

• Work with the business and engineering teams to develop the trading platform
• Conduct code reviews
• Plan and schedule tasks and projects, also implement functionality independently
• Go through the development lifecycle through design, development, operation and production support
• Provide guidance and coaching to the team in the implementation of application solutions
• Ensure there are reusable standards, guidelines, patterns and frameworks for application development projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related majors
• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering and development in Java languages including Modeling and Design skills
• Experience of Linux, source code control tools (e.g., GIT, SVN)
• Experience in developing trading platform of Cryptocurrency/Blockchain exchange preferred and other financial derivatives such as future, option, CFD, etc. will also be considered
• Good Knowledge of Restful services, MySQL and PostgreSQL
• In depth understanding of different phases of software development lifecycle and understanding of Agile Scrum Processes
• Good interpersonal skills with can-do analytical mind and passion for engineering excellence
• Willingness and ability to adapt to changes in priorities and requirements
• Good command in both written and spoken Putonghua and English
• Willing to travel to Mainland China
