Job Description
Our client is a reputable and well-known global leader of general insurance who are seeking an Business Analyst to join the Human Resource team. The incumbent will be responsible to study and re-design/re-engineer the business process of the HR system. This role would be on an initial contract of three to six months for this special project.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is crucial as you will be working alongside foreign colleagues in the HR team
- Experience in process re-design / re-engineering is required
- Fresh graduates majoring in Information systems or equivalent, and with good knowledge in process re-design / re-engineering will definitely be a plus
- Must have a good and can-do working attitude
- Computer skills such as Excel, VBA or Macro
