Job Description

As Technical Support Engineer, you will be working as the 1st line support dealing with enduser on a daily basis regarding issues of Kaspersky Lab security & Acronis Backup software.

Job Responsibilities

Provide customer service and technical support via telephone and email
Trouble-shooting and technical investigation on issues reported
Assist in other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

F.5 Graduate, Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science is preferable
Knowledge in PC & Server trouble shooting
Relevant working experience in customer support will be an advantage but not essential
Understanding of Windows workstation / server OS, Endpoint security such as Anti-Virus, endpoint management is in an advantage.
Effective communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Self motivate and capable to work under pressure
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
On-the-job training will be provided
