Job Description
One of our clients, a retail bank is currently seeking a suitable candidate to join their elite team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily system administration and support on Deskside Security products
- Provide technical evaluation and recommend solutions, mainly on Microsoft Windows Platform, for Deskside and / or security related requirements
- Conduct testing and verification as when necessary
- Help on daily Deskside and Endpoint Security tasks and project implementation as when required
- Perform level 2 technical support and/or problem diagnosis on client side
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in computer science or equivalent
- Holder of IT Security related Certificate is a must
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Microsoft Windows desktop platform support and maintenance
- Solid experience in Symantec Endpoint Protection, Drive Encryption, or Data Protection Tool
- Strong technical skills on Windows environment, Deskside hardware and software
- Experience in patch management, Group Policy, Windows 10 and Mac OS is preferred
- Certification holder of related Microsoft qualification will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
