Job Description
- Daily IT helpdesk support services for local and remote site.
- Maintain backup and restoration of servers and workstations
- Perform regular tasks including system health checking and maintenance.
- Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve equipment failure issues.
- Responsible for system setup, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure Confidentiality, integrity and Availability.
