Responsibilities:

• Explore new business opportunities and achieve business goals for project sales
• Prepare and present sales proposals and other sales activities
• Liaise with external parties to facilitate business development and maintain relationships

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in project sales or sales coordination, especially in building materials industry is an advantage
• Good relationship with developers, architects, designers and main-contractors
• Aggressive and persistent to achieving company’s objectives
• Smart and presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior Project Sales Executive
