Job duties:

• Responsible for conducting research of property market and feasibility study of new sites for opening outlets in terms of customers traffic survey, market trend analysis, competitor positioning etc;
• To compile leasing proposals and recommend leasing strategy for Senior Management to review;
• Locating and secure suitable new sites for opening outlets to meet Company ‘s development plan/time lines;
• Develop and maintain good relationships with developers/landlords and property agents;
• In reviewing and negotiating on new tenancy agreement, contract renewal and tenancy administration;
• On enhancing smooth operations of projects in leasing and property and tenancy management in terms of site take over and handover;
• Handle ad-hoc project as assigned;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in real estate, surveying or related disciplines;
• Over 5 years of relevant experience preferably in F&B leasing exposure in which engaged in tenant side;
• Independent and strong business acumen and having good negotiation skills;
• Presentable with good analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Concrete networking with major property developers/ Landlords/ Agents a prerequisite;
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
