Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team to drive and manage all rounded in-house IT development and implementation on infrastructure solutions to provide timely and efficient support
• Work closely with directors to understand the business needs to cope with the business development
• Drive development and on-time delivery of business technology systems on schedule and within budget
• Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment (i.e. routers, switches, servers, database, UPS, etc.), review Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and crisis plan
• Take lead to co-ordinate different stakeholders to participate UAT, prepare the specified testing and reporting, monitor and control, training and follow up afterwards

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years related experience in which 2 years in managerial level
• Proven track record in carrying out full project from planning, implementing, monitoring and controlling
• Solid experience in retail POS system and CRM
• Knowledge in web application and E-commerce is a plus
• Strong management skills, problem-solving skills, leading and team supervising skills
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Occasional travel to Guangzhou is required
