Responsibilities

• Setup, testing and system configuration of virtualised server, storage and network connections in cloud environment.
• Provide technical support that related to network and security infrastructure based on Customer’s technology requirements
• Execution and oversight of network infrastructure improvements, security upgrades and troubleshooting
• Experience with network monitoring and telemetry solutions
• Execution of system failover drill test
• Prepare monthly reports on system health, patch installation, incident records
• Attend monthly review meeting with customer
• Provide on-site support if necessary
• Identify the problem and liaise with hardware vendors to hardware issue investigation/replacement
• Handle customer calls, through phone call or email, and log the problem reported by customers

Qualification and Experience

• 3+ years in network/infrastructure environment, designing, planning, documentation, implementation and administration
• Hands on experience with Windows, MS SQL Server and Oracle Database administration, Windows Patch Management and Firewall configuration
• 2+ years of experience in implementation or maintenance of systems in server virtualization or cloud computing environment
• Holder of MCTIP, MCSE, MCDBA, CCNA or any other IT related certificates is an advantage
• Experience on the following products preferred:
• VMware vSphere
• Good analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good team player, self-initiative and pro-active
• Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Government project experience preferred
• Immediately available is preferred
