A System Architect has extensive experience coordinating with program and project leaders to analyze IT system architecture as well as infrastructure. Has the knowledge and skill to clearly identify strategies for addressing requirements, risks, and issues. Can effectively conduct trade-off analysis of requirements against fiscal, schedule, performance issues and able to quickly resolve issues and create architectural vision.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments of current business and technology architectures
• Design API architecture to communicate with 3rd party applications
• Design SDK for 3rd party developer to collaborate with system
• Responsible for architectural design documents and related documentations
• Provide Information Security consulting to project teams and other departments
• Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
• Cloud infrastructure design and maintenance
• Participate in internal projects as required

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in digital solution consulting or development or a production IT environment managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas.
• Experience with Enterprise System Design, Development, Deployment and Integration
• Experience with HA Design, serverless/microservice architecture
• Experience with Cloud Services (e.g. AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
• Experience with collaborative application development using source control tools and strategies for using source control (e.g. GIT or Bitbucket)
• Experience with Docker / K8S / Vagrant
• Experience with big data technologies and HPC is a plus.
• Solid experience in DevOps and Automation tools: Ansible, ELK, Jenkins, etc.
• Knowledge in RDBMS, Caching, Monitoring
• Exceptional verbal and writing skills, including editing and proofreading skills
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
