Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for data centre operations and technical support to fulfil the data centre service level and requirements
- Operate computer and associated equipment/facilities according to prescribed standards and procedures, monitor their performance and perform routine operator maintenance
- Fulfil logging and administrative reporting requirements and assist in preparing statistics and reports, including updating system logs and report system fault
- Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware, perform physical checks and maintain procedure manuals and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher Certificate in Information Technology or related subject
- At least 1-year experience in Data Center support
- Experience in job scheduling, batch job processing and back up
- Responsible, flexible and hard-working
- Solid experience in Mainframe / Windows Server
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese
- 7 x 24 shift duty is required (5-day work, 8-hour per shift)
- HK permanent resident is required
