Job Description

Job Duties:

Perform configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows/Linux environment to the specifications of client proposals
Troubleshoot and resolve computer related issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
Maintain software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance
Supervise the administration of systems and servers related network to ensure availability of services to authorized users
Liaise with staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above for IT related major or relevant discipline
At least 4-5 years working experiences in Windows, Linux Server and firewall, network technologies and Web infrastructure
Good knowledge in Apache, MySQL, Oracle and VMware
IT certificate such as MCSE / CCNA / RHCE / LPIC is preferable
Fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandatory speaking and writing skill
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skill
Self-motivated and a fast learner
Less experience candidates are also considered
