Job Description:

l Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on IT-related issues

l Provide Windows system administration and management

l Support network components, including Firewall and NAS

l Manage and config IT hardware including computers, peripherals and network equipments

l Handle ad-hoc helpdesk requests from internal users

Requirements:

l Degree holder / Higher Diploma in IT or related disciplines

l Minimum 2-3 years IT support experience

l Data backup/restore techniques

l Knowledge of server based Windows operating systems will be an advantage

l Can work independently, self-motivated and strong problem-solving skills

l Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
