Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Pre-sales support
• Provide tender proposal preparation and problem solution for clients
• Gather user requirements from clients
• Feasibility studies on new technologies and projects
• Prepare reports of software operation and maintenance
• Support other department’s work

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office support, IT, Antivirus tools and other relevant software
• At least 2-year experience in pre-sales works
• Experience in software development and networking
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
• Able to work independently
• Enthusiastic and hardworking
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

• 為終端用戶提供現場技術支持並且解決技術問題；
• 與客戶直接交流IT服務協調問題；
• 解決用戶技術問題以及協助排查網絡、軟件和硬件的故障問題；
• 負責系統運行相關事宜，如備份、編寫報表等；
• 和公司內部部門、供應商、合作方等進行故障解決的對接與交流；

工作要求：

• 計算機科學相關領域的本科及以上學歷；
• 熟悉並掌握Windows OS、MS Office support、智能終端、防病毒設備以及其他各種軟件應用；
• 二年以上技術支持方面的工作經驗；
• 優良的中英文說話及寫作能力（包括普通話）
• 能獨自工作及處理問題；
• 良好的溝通及人際交往能力
