Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and applications support including POS, CRM, Digital Marketing and Wi-Fi support and coordinate for data integration implementation for corporate stores in APAC
• Participate in new projects regarding POS system migration, new payment system projects, new stores opening, renovation and relocation and so on
• Sets up and configures desktop computers, mobile devices, peripherals and accounts
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate
• Maintains IT policy deployment within prescribed guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar discipline
• Minimum of 3 year’s relevant working experience in an IT support role, preferably in Retail industry
• Prior work experience with MNCs is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP Systems and Retail Business is an advantage
• Solid work experience in Windows 10, Windows Servers, Microsoft Technologies (Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, Hyper-V, etc.), Office 365
• Strong experience within LAN, WAN, VoIP, VPN and Meraki WiFi solutions, etc.
• Familiar with managing external vendors, IT support operations, and able to communicate with users across all levels
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner and proficient in English
• Self-motivated, driven, able to work independently and under pressure
