Responsibilities

• Responsible for post-sales support to end users
• Troubleshooting, provide technical support and coordinate with the sales team and clients
• Analyze clients' requirements and applications, design solutions to hit their objectives
• Responsible for solution presentation, proof of concept and technical documentation
• Ensure smooth communication among clients, technical and sales team

Requirements

• High Diploma or above in computer science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
• Two years working experience in providing consultation support
• CCDA, MCSE, CISSP certificates are highly preferred
• Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese and English, Mandarin speaking is a plus
• A good team player, self-motivate and can work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Well organized and have high sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of Security and networking production technology would be an advantage
• Short-notice / immediately available is highly preferable

**Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Security Solution Consultant
