The Job:

• Maintain the company centralized Database Management system
• Ensures data integrity through accurate data entry, establishing data management procedures, regularly backing up data, maintaining security access, reconciling information through the use of reports, researching anomalies and making adjustments as necessary   
• Generates data summaries, queries and reports from centralized Database management system such as ad hoc reports and user defined reports to related users
• Problem solves and troubleshoots the database; escalates issues to the programmer or related IT team as needed
• Maintains a procedural manual for the database and related duties

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer science/Information Systems or related discipline
• At least 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in financial industry 
• Sound product knowledge in Database products, e.g. Oracle  
• Solid experience of writing SQL statement for retrieving and updating data in Database, data records management
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, self-motivated and good problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
