Job Description

• Coordinating with team members frequently for updates regarding the work in progress
• Monitoring the progress of the IT projects and acknowledging team suggestions
• Using Microsoft Excel (V-Lookup and Pivot Table) to keep track of information and produce regular updates for seniors
• Initiating the project or contract and working until the project is completed
• Assist in project coordination, project plan review, project timeline management, budget and resources management, etc.
• Work closely with different teams to ensure projects are delivered within deadline
• Ensure the quality of deliverables is complied with the standard
• Monitor project financial status
• Assist the IT Project Manager in liaising with different senior stakeholders
• Prepare presentation materials and executive reports
• Track and maintain project expenditure within budget

Requirement

• Holder of Diploma in IT / BA or other related areas (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• 1 year of working experience in IT / administration/ coordination/office administration is highly preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel etc) and basic IT is an advantage
• Good presentation skills and able to communicate in English and Cantonese
• Good team player
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT related discipline
• 1-3 years of work experience in project coordination
• Experienced in banking industry would be beneficial
• Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Proactive, good interpersonal skills
