Job Description:
- Provide ongoing technical support for end users at main Site at Causeway Bay
- Troubleshoot Wifi issues, anti-virus, anti malware and other software installation issues
- Upgrade/ Migrate user platforms such Operating systems/ versions
- Assist in Office relocations and general IT Support
- Manage IT assets for office with efficient reporting
- Provide basic network support
- Provide System Administration
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in providing end user support and system administration
- Basic knowledge in networks
- Expert in troubleshooting Windows,Wifi issues, anti-virus, anti malware and other software issues
- Proficient in Windows 10 installation and administration
