Our client is a well-established US IT Solutions company with headquarter in Shanghai. They are seeking a Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join their team in Hong Kong.

Job Description

• Be responsible for onsite solving tech problems of software and hardware, server hardware maintenance / backup and other related maintenance tasks.
• Report of daily work and sending reports on time.
• Tech support for customer's exclusive software.

The Successful Applicant

• A team player, good communication skills, good customer service awareness and attitude.
• Analysis and trouble shooting skills.
• Ambitious, honest, responsible and hard-working.
• At least 1 year experience as an IT Support is preferred
• Experience with Windows Server 2012 / 2008 / 2003 or Mac OS is an advantage
