Responsibilities

• Job Nature：IT Solution Deployment Engineer
• Provide first level support to Customer / Partners enquiries and troubleshooting
• Work with Partners for solution evaluation and comparison 
• Work with Customer / Partners on hardware, software solutions deployment, system design, planning and maintenance
• Daily operation on Cyber Security products e.g. NG Firewall, Anti-Spam, Software-Defined Network
• Service delivery on projects include Router & Switch, Wireless, Virtualization, Backup 

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT related Disciplines
• Basic knowledge on either Networking, Windows Server, Web Hosting, NAS, Cloud or Virtualization Technology
• Vendor Certification in Network & Security / System & Storage/ Cloud Solutions is an advantage
• 2 years working experience in SI / Distributor / Vendors is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Effective communication and writing skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Responsible, good working attitude and good communication skill
