Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform system monitoring, configuration and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure
Handle daily technical support and user’s enquiries
Network equipment maintenance such as switch and router

Requirements

Diploma / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
At least 2 years’ experience in supporting IT system
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Immediately available is an advantage
