System Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project implementation and support services
• Provide technical solutions for infrastructure projects
• Perform software and hardware installation

Skill for the Position:

• Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
• Sound technical skill in MS Windows, Active Directory, and email system
• Experienced in MDM and MAM is preferred
• Knowledge in technical infrastructure environment and system architecture design
• Knowledge of networking, backup solution, SAN and Linux is an advantage
• Knowledge of large scale virtualization is an advantage
• Manage and document system configurations
• Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and rapid learning capability
• Works well individually or in a team setting
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or degree in IT/ computer science is preferred
• 2+ years’ experience of IT role
• Holder of Microsoft, Linux and Database certificate is preferred
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered as junior position
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior System Engineer
