We are currently hiring IT Support Specialists on behalf of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and set up IT environment and IT-related equipment
• Monitor and maintain office computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Manage IT assets through the entire lifecycle, including purchasing, repairs, and secure disposal.
• Ensure the safe and stable operation of IT system, organization and coordination for all information systems security checks.

Position Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in a Computer Science, information security or related disciplines
• Ambitious, honest, responsible and hard-working
• At least 1 year experience as an IT Support is required
• Have understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS, VRRP, MSTP, OSPF, routing policy, SSL, Qos etc.
• Team player, good communication skills and attitude
• Analysis and trouble shooting skills
• An understanding and awareness of security standards
