Change & Implementation Project Manager - Leading European Bank - Up to 80k/ Month + Bonus (Perm)
Job Responsibilities:
-The role entails change management delivery responsibilities through supporting a Portfolio Lead for large scale business’ change programmes.
-Support all day-to-day change management activities, including; identifying change impacts, communication, engagement and training needs.
-Training needs analysis, required learning solutions and building training plans
Experience
-PMP, Prince 2 or other relevant Project Management and/or change management certifications
-Bachelor degrees(or whatever is standard capco req).
-Agile working experience
-Consulting or banking background
-Project management/Business analysis experience in large organisations ·
